- Flat Rate: $50.00 for contract clients
- $4/mile
- Flat Rate: $60.00 for non-contract clients
- $5/mile
- Wait Time: $20/half-hour
- Hospital Flat Rate: $75.00
- Wheelchair Rates: $10.00
Ambulatory Rates:
- Flat Rate: $35 for contract clients
- $3/mile
- Flat Rate: $45 for non-contract clients
- $4/mile
- Wait Time: $20 half-hour
